Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Business Operations Manager for 100% remote work as an Independent Contractor. The role focuses on implementing AI workflows and executing the Head of Firm Management's portfolio, ensuring priorities are visible and commitments are delivered without friction.

You will manage the inbound flow of requests, coordinate leadership cadence, and prepare concise, decision-ready briefings to drive timely execution.

Qualificações

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles working directly to a senior leader
• Ability to create new ways of working within existing frameworks
• Judgment to decide on behalf of senior people while preserving relationships
• Professional services, law firm, or equivalent complex stakeholder environment is a strong plus
• Native or full professional English fluency required
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset with clarity and simplicity
• Discretion and handling of sensitive information

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI-driven process innovations to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Own inbound flow of partner requests, firm issues, and external approaches with clear reasoning.
• Run the Leadership Operating Rhythm: prep for meetings, planning cycles, and reviews.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries, then drive execution.
• Coordinate with partners, senior lawyers, business services, and external parties as primary liaison.
• Take initiatives end-to-end and report outcomes rather than ongoing status.
• Anticipate gaps and delays and resolve them before they surface
