Job summary

EMW requires a Principal Learning Coordinator to oversee the execution of training programs at the NCI Academy in Oeiras. The role focuses on coordinating course iterations, scheduling resources, and providing technical support to instructors and learners across NATO and national entities.

Fluent English, NATO SECRET clearance, and 3+ years in education/training environments are essential. The role is on-site in Oeiras with full-time commitment and involvement in course management and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Education/Training facility or NATO/intl organization training dept.
• Experience managing complex scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (TMS, EBA, ERP/financial tools).
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to training coordinators, instructors and students from over 80 NATO and National organizations.
• Advise on course iteration requests and scheduling; gather requirements and identify learning solutions.
• Coordinate course iterations daily aligned with the Academy schedule.
• Provide real-life and technical support to instructors and students in Oeiras and remote locations.
