Job summary

EMW, Inc. in Oeiras, Portugal, seeks a Principal Learning Coordinator to join the Academy Learning Coordination Team, supporting 80 NATO and national organizations with course iterations, scheduling, and real-time instructional support.

You will manage course iterations, coordinate resources and events, and ensure data quality in TMS and EBA, while onboarding instructors and learners and adapting to a dynamic training environment.

Qualifications

• NATO SECRET security clearance required and valid at submission.
• Fluent in English, able to read and write technical documentation.
• Minimum 3 years in Education or Training facilities or NATO/international organizations.
• Experience managing complex scheduling and allocation of resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to training coordinators, instructors and students across NATO and national entities.
• Advise on course iteration requests, gather requirements and identify learning solutions.
• Coordinate course iterations daily per Academy schedule and adjust as needed.
• Provide real-life and technical support to instructors and students in Oeiras and remote locations.
• Administer course iteration scheduling, resources and funding in TMS and EBA ensuring timeliness and data quality.
• Participate in planning and management of the Academy course iteration schedule.
• Coordinate events including conferences, workshops, and visits.
• Contribute to development and administration of the Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue.
