You will lead category strategy, partner with leaders, optimize supplier landscapes, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You bring 7+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong analytics, and experience in global contingent programs, with a proven ability to influence across functions and present executive-ready

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting.
• Experience delivering results within a global contingent workforce program.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel models and data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to produce executive-ready materials (PowerPoint, contract summaries).
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative style across geographies.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the category strategy for external tech talent to support client engagements.
• Partner with MSPs and business leaders to design scalable delivery models.
• Rationalize supplier landscape to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance and risk management across complex engagements.
