Job summary

Hiscox in Lisbon is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner. You will partner with leaders to translate people priorities into practical plans and deliver end-to-end HR solutions in collaboration with the HR team.

Based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule, you will advise on people matters, manage HR projects, and drive organisational change while ensuring compliance with Portuguese employment law and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HR, with partnering and generalist experience.
• Proven stakeholder management, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management delivering HR projects end-to-end within scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people plans aligned with HR priorities.
• Coordinate workforce planning and organisational design proposals.
• Manage HR projects and people workstreams end-to-end within scope.
