Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with site managers across multi-site venues in a hybrid work model in Portugal.

The role focuses on employee relations, compliance, performance frameworks, and talent planning within a dynamic hospitality group. The successful candidate will balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on advisory support, leveraging HRIS data and AI tools to drive data-backed decisions on turnover, compensation, and capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience in hospitality/retail/leisure.
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation and compliance.
• Proven end-to-end employee relations leadership.
• Proficient with modern HRIS and analytics; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic and operational People partner for site managers and leaders.
• Guide employee relations, performance frameworks, and talent planning.
• Support venue launches, restructures, and policy rollouts across markets.
• Oversee compensation classifications and salary benchmarking in coordination with Finance/Payroll.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance.
