Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the local HR agenda and drive people strategies aligned with business goals.

You will manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding, while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a strong employer brand. The role requires Portuguese labor law knowledge, effective stakeholder collaboration, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• Min 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR practices; compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the local HR agenda in alignment with business objectives.
• Implement HR strategies to support growth and organizational needs.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and succession planning.
• Support change initiatives and workforce planning; advise leadership on people decisions.
• Promote corporate culture, employee engagement and effective internal communication.
• Oversee HR governance, GDPR compliance, and health & safety programs.
