Nestlé Portugal is looking for an HR Generalist to advise and support leaders and employees across the entire employee experience. You will help manage engagement, talent development, acquisitions, total rewards, and employee relations within a local compliance framework.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years of HR experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations or compensation.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, or solid experience in at least two HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, or Compensation.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and local employment environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with the business.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data to support decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted People advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and labor legislation.
• Support leaders across the Talent cycle, including performance, succession, development, internal mobility and insights.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Partner on Talent Acquisition and onboarding, supporting recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Support Total Rewards processes, including promotions and internal moves.
• Provide guidance on Employee Relations and Personnel Administration, including absences and terminations.
• Contribute to Organizational Design and Change Management, supporting local People initiatives.
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement with HR partners.
• Ensure accurate HR data and processes in collaboration with HR teams.
