Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience within hospitality/retail/leisure.
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end Employee Relations with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with modern HRIS platforms and analytics/AI tools for workforce insight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to venue leaders; coach on leadership and team climate.
• Manage end-to-end Employee Relations, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on headcount budgeting and staffing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and update internal policies as needed.
• Leverage HRIS data and AI insights to identify trends and improve retention.
