Creatio is seeking a Technical Advisor for its Global Customer Support division. You will support enterprise customers across MEA, Americas, and Europe, understanding architecture, objectives, and configurations to maximize platform value.

Responsibilities include technical ownership, incident escalation, proactive monitoring, platform enablement, and strategic engagement. Strong API, SQL, and cloud skills, plus advanced English, are required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of enterprise technical support, professional services, or TAM/TA roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with the Creatio platform or similar CRM/SaaS; APIs and integrations desired.
• Hands-on with SQL, cloud infrastructure, and performance tuning; proactive monitoring.
• Ability to manage enterprise customer relationships and lead technical workshops; advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical account for assigned enterprise customers and ensure visibility over issues.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and RCD to resolve critical incidents and SLA compliance.
• Proactively monitor systems, identify risks, and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Provide platform enablement advice, architecture guidance, and feature adoption strategies.
• Engage in QBRs and strategic reviews, influencing roadmaps with customer insights.
