Concentrix is seeking a Business Platform Support Specialist (English-speaker) to support our AI & Cloud Solutions platform in Lisbon. The role provides Level 2 operational support to Sales, L1, and customers, troubleshoots platform issues and helps enhance customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to translate user needs into clear requirements, contribute to knowledge material, and deliver training as required while supporting cross-functional projects across

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Business Platform Operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting business or cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems and CRM platforms.
• Ability to translate user issues into clear requirements for technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 operational support to Sales teams, L1 Support teams and customers.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues using backend systems and user accounts.
• Handle tickets through to resolution and provide workarounds as needed.
• Support users across time zones with focus on European and South American markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to translate issues into clear requirements.
• Create and maintain platform knowledge bases and training materials.
• Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to internal and external users.
