Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1/C2) required.
• Proven Technical Support experience preferred.
• IT/technical certifications or equivalent hands-on tech experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and daily use.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer and first-line technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot account access, platform and standard technical issues.
• Assist customers with account, billing and payment-related questions.
• Guide users through platform features and services.
• Resolve issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.
