Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support in the Energy vertical to guide strategic customers through cloud adoption. You will build trusted advisor relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help customers optimize performance, reliability and cost.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, you will communicate complex technical concepts to executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple tech domains.
Experience in technical engineering.
Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs and drivers, review service disruptions, and assist with pre-launch planning.
Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.
Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations.
Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations and architecture reviews.
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies.
Work with customers across all levels from developers through to C-Suite executives.
Collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, such as Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, Global TAM teams, and Sales Account Managers.
