Sovos is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical lead for enterprise clients in Portugal. You will guide implementations, deployments, and ongoing support, ensuring measurable value and client success throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on technical project management, cross-functional coordination, and strong communication in English and Portuguese. Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer implementations or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries and scripting preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside core business hours when needed.
• Background check will be required.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical projects from planning through go-live and post-deployment support.
• Coordinate code deployments with internal teams and clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and health check-ins.
• Deliver training on software usage and best practices.
• Represent accounts during emergencies with professionalism.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements based on client interactions.
