Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support in the Strategic Industries, Energy vertical. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with energy customers and guiding their AWS journey.

Fluency in Portuguese is required. You will work with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Senior leadership to resolve complex issues, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across compute, storage, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Portuguese fluency required.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Utilize technical skills to solve complex support issues and technical challenges.
• Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development.
• Improve customer capabilities by running workshops and architecture reviews.
• Ensure AWS environments stay operationally healthy while managing costs and risks.
• Collaborate with customers at all levels from developers to C-Suite executives.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Global TAM teams.
