Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Enterprise Support) in Portugal, focusing on Strategic Industries with emphasis on Energy. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate AWS services and achieve cloud goals across compute, storage, databases, big data, security, and more.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for mentoring, with opportunities to grow AWS certifications and leadership skills within the Enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple cloud domains in distributed systems.
• Experience in technical engineering.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand business drivers and review service disruptions.
• Provide monthly/quarterly metrics and assist with pre-launch planning.
• Solve difficult support issues using technical skills and advise on adoption blockers.
• Lead workshops and architecture reviews to improve customer capabilities.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
