Qualificações

• Spanish-speaking client management experience.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar.
• SaaS/B2B or digital platforms background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients with high engagement.
• Drive renewals and retention, identify at-risk accounts.
• Provide consultative support to maximize value.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve adoption.
