Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C2 level).
• 0-1 year experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding support across phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and technical issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and with care.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Maintain service quality while following internal policies.
