Decskill is seeking a SRE & Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join our Lisbon team. You will provide 24/7 production support for critical banking applications, manage incidents, and collaborate with global Application Production teams to ensure platform stability.

You will work with Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, plus cloud platforms (IBM Cloud/AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tools. On-call rotations and DR activities are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Linux, CLI and shell scripting.
• Experience with Python and/or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Public Cloud (IBM Cloud, AWS or Azure).
• Good understanding of CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, Travis or Concourse).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24/7 Application Production Support for critical banking applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests and application support activities.
• Analyse system, middleware and application logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor services and contribute to service availability and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for provisioning, configuration and deployments.
• Support and train other operations team members on Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Escalate risks, critical issues and management concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for incidents and service requests.
• Create and maintain Application Support knowledge articles.
• Participate in shift work, on-call rotations, weekends and public holidays.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play activities.
• Participate in and validate Knowledge Transfer sessions with Application Development teams.
• Contribute to automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Development and global Application Production Support teams to ensure platform stability and availability.
