Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing its operations in Portugal and beyond. We are seeking a SRE & Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Lisbon/Porto, delivering 24/7 production support for critical banking applications.

You will manage incidents, implement automation with Ansible and Terraform, work with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms, and collaborate with global teams to ensure service availability and continuous

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Linux, CLI, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Public Cloud experience (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
• CI/CD familiarity: Jenkins, Travis, Concourse.
• ITIL practices knowledge.
• Observability tools experience, preferably Dynatrace.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24/7 Application Production Support for banking apps.
• Manage incidents, service requests and application support activities.
• Analyze system, middleware and application logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor services and contribute to availability and continuous improvement.
• Build Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for provisioning and deployments.
• Support and train operations on Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Escalate risks and critical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SLOs for incidents and requests.
• Create and maintain Application Support knowledge articles.
• Participate in shift work, on-call rotations, weekends and holidays.
• Support DR and Live Play activities.
• Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions with Development teams.
• Contribute to automation and operational efficiency.
