Decskill is growing and seeks a skilled SRE & Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to join our Lisbon/Porto based team. You will provide 24/7 production support, manage incidents, monitor systems, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud and support teams.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting (Shell, Python), Ansible, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes experience, with cloud exposure across AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud, ITIL awareness, and a proactive mindset toward automation and

Qualificações

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Application Support or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of Cloud experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Good knowledge of Linux and CLI.
• Shell/Bash and Python scripting.
• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse).
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
• AWS, Azure and/or IBM Cloud experience.
• ITIL and Incident Management familiarity.
• Experience in critical production environments, ideally Banking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an SRE & Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator!

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support for production applications.
• Manage incidents, service requests and production issues.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring defined service levels are met.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Provide L1/L2 support and elevate critical issues when required.
• Participate in on-call rotations, shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Cloud and Support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of Cloud experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Good knowledge of Linux and CLI.
• Experience with Shell/Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, particularly Jenkins, Travis or Concourse.
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and/or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management.
• Experience in critical production environments, preferably Banking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Core Banking Operations.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery / Live Play.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• RH294, CKAD or DO374 certifications.
• Terraform Associate / Vault Associate certifications.
