Qualificações

• 3–4 years in IT technical support roles.
• Solid SQL skills for data investigation and issue resolution.
• Fluency in French (B2).
• Hybrid work model 2 days per week in Porto or Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or valid work permit.

Responsabilidades
