Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dynamic Italian-speaking B2B Solutions Consultant in Bulgaria. You will engage Italian-speaking clients, manage complex inquiries, and drive service solutions within the Customer Support Services sector.

This onsite role in Sofia requires EU passport, fluent Italian and English, and a willingness to relocate. We offer fully paid relocation, training, health benefits, and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for internal collaboration.
• Strong background in Customer Support Services or B2B client management.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking B2B clients, providing expert guidance on service solutions.
• Manage complex inquiries within the Customer Support Services framework to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and process improvement to elevate the overall client experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in accordance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to service quality and resolution timeframes.
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide precise information to B2B stakeholders.
