WTW in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Analyst - HR Shared Services for the Spanish market. Based in Lisbon, you will deliver HR operational support, manage cases via ServiceNow, and ensure accurate employee data and processes across Spain.

You will work in a multilingual environment delivering Spanish-language service in Portuguese and English, coordinate with Regional HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIT and Global Process Owners to ensure compliant service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS and case management platforms.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Spain-focused HR inquiries via ServiceNow.
• Provide bilingual Spanish/English support with policy guidance.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with regional HR, Payroll, and HRIT teams.
• Contribute to Spain-specific process documentation and improvements.
