WTW is hiring a HR Services Delivery Specialist for the Spanish Market, based in Lisbon. You will provide Spanish-language HR operational support, manage employee lifecycle activities, and ensure accurate process execution aligned with global and local requirements.

You will collaborate with Regional HR, Payroll, Employee Relations and HRIT, delivering high‑quality service in a multilingual, multicultural environment while maintaining strict data accuracy and timely case resolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS and case management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Spanish-language HR operational support for Spain.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities and onboarding.
• Process HR transactions accurately per procedures.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIT, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs.
