Qualifications

• Spanish: C2 / native-level proficiency required.
• English: B2 or above required.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer support via inbound calls and email.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems using available resources.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Create accurate, thoughtful responses, adapting templates as necessary.
• Manage multiple customer cases and tasks efficiently.
• Support users and help resolve disputes between customers as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
