The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a minimum of 3 years in customer service, export operations experience, knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms, plus ERP
Qualifikationen
- Native-level or fluent Spanish and fluent English.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Experience within export operations, logistics or international trade.
- Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and Salesforce knowledge.
Aufgaben
- Manage international customer orders and export operations
- Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and distribution centres
- Handle customer and sales enquiries relating to orders and deliveries
- Monitor shipments, backorders and inventory allocation
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
