Concentrix is hiring a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join their Lisbon site. You’ll work on-site in Portugal with rotational shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, two days off per week, supporting high-profile financial and payment-solutions accounts.

Requirements include native or fluent Spanish and English proficiency (C1), plus at least 1 year of customer service experience and strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Relocation or local availability is required.

Position Overview

• Role: Spanish Customer Support Specialist
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site; candidates must be locally available or willing to relocate independently)
• Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotational days off per week)

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Spanish, combined with C1-level English (verified via Harver assessment).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
