Rocket Stars in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. You will provide support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handle inquiries and troubleshooting, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 or higher) are required. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and you must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.
