Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our retail project. You will help customers in Spanish, resolve inquiries, and deliver a high-quality service experience.

The role is on-site, full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with a performance bonus and weekend off. You must reside in Lisbon and bring strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
