In this international recruitment role, you will focus on delivering a seamless candidate experience, stay updated on market trends in Spanish-speaking regions, and report recruitment metrics to management.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker.
• Strong desire to succeed in international recruitment.

• Excellent level of English – written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract Spanish-speaking candidates through job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and support throughout the process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights in the Spanish-speaking market.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
