Job summary

Concentrix Lisboa, Unipessoal Lda. is seeking a Recruiter fluent in Portuguese and English to join our Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon. This fixed-term role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet dynamic business needs within an international environment.

You will screen candidates, support hiring managers, and ensure compliant recruitment processes while building relationships with candidates and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with English proficiency.
• 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Screen resumes, background and reference checks.
• Conduct initial, telephone, or face-to-face interviews with applicants.
• Assist in offering competitive compensation and negotiate with candidates.
• Source qualified candidates through diverse channels and networks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of job specifications for each role.
• Promote the company image to candidates and service providers.
