Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team on-site. The role focuses on supporting customers, guiding campaign setup, and optimizing paid marketing efforts.

You will work with marketing and technical teams, handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction and clear communication. Based in Lisbon with rotating shifts and regional benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+)
• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar)
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Already located in Lisbon

We are hiring a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. If you have experience managing paid campaigns and enjoy helping clients grow their digital presence, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

Support customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management

Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance

Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions

Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Work closely with marketing and technical teams

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+)

Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar)

Already located in Lisbon

Schedule

Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

2 rotating days off

12-hour weekly rotation structure

Salary & Benefits

Welcome bonus: €40/month (paid for 11 months during first year)

Health insurance (free after 6 months)
