Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish & English Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team on-site. You will help clients grow their digital presence by supporting paid campaigns and account management.

You will communicate in Spanish and English, assist with campaign setup and optimization, resolve issues, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams. The role includes rotational shifts, a welcome bonus, health insurance, and a dynamic, international

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar).
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Already located in Lisbon.

We are hiring a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. If you have experience managing paid campaigns and enjoy helping clients grow their digital presence, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

Support customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management

Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance

Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions

Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Work closely with marketing and technical teams

Requirements

Schedule

Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00

2 rotating days off

12-hour weekly rotation structure

Salary & Benefits

Welcome bonus: €40/month (paid for 11 months during first year)
