Job summary

Join Savior Artigos Texteis Lda's remote customer support team for a leading international streaming service. You'll assist Spanish-speaking members from Portugal, handling account management, billing questions and product information.

You'll work 100% remotely from Lisbon with an option of accommodation, paid training, health coverage, and a permanent contract after two years. 24/7 rotating shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and one of Basque/Catalan/Galician.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

one of the world's leading entertainment streaming services. You'll be the first point of contact for its Spanish members, working fully remotely from Portugal.

What You'll Do

• Help customers with account management, billing questions and technical troubleshooting
• Give accurate information about the platform's products, services and features
• Find the right solution quickly and make sure every customer leaves happy
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets as part of a supportive, multicultural team

What You Bring

Full fluency in Castilian Spanish plus one of the following:

• Basque
• English at B1 level or higher (training is in English)
• Great communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
