Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management.

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Responsabilidades

• Culinary Execution: Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality are consistently met.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Kitchen Management: Help oversee inventory, manage stock control, minimize waste, and maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP) across all stations.
• Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas for new dishes, seasonal menus, and special events.
