Organon is seeking a Source to Settle (STS) Specialist to join a regional team in Portugal. You will manage end-to-end STS processes and collaborate with our global BPO partner delivering transactional services.

The role covers Employee Expense Management, Accounts Payable and Account Reconciliation, ensuring SOX and US GAAP compliance and process controls. You will work with vendors and markets to understand the business model, drive continuous improvement, and support audit activity while

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting required.
• 2–3 years in Source to Settle (STS) processes, preferably in an MNC/SSC.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese/Spanish a distinct advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver services per SLA, controls, and governance.
• Maintain process risk and ensure SOX compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and project management.
• Assist internal/external audits and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and markets to drive efficiencies.
