Organon is seeking a Source to Settle (STS) Specialist to join a regional team focused on end-to-end STS processes. You will work with a global BPO partner handling transactional services, with responsibility for Employee Expense Management, Accounts Payable and Account Reconciliation.

The role emphasizes SOX controls, US GAAP compliance, and collaboration with vendors and markets. You'll contribute to process improvements, maintain rigorous documentation, and support audits while ensuring

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related to Accounts Payables.
• Up to 2-3 years’ experience in STS processes preferably in an MNC/SSC environment.
• Experience with internal or external audit valued.
• Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
• Help to manage process risk by adhering to policies and internal controls and SOX.
• Support process improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with auditors to support audit results and compliance with US GAAP and policies.
• Provide consultative support to outsource partners and resolve issues.
