Organon is seeking a Source to Settle (STS) Specialist to manage end-to-end STS processes across the region, collaborating with our global BPO partner and Organon vendors. You will support Employee Expense Management, Accounts Payable and Account Reconciliation, ensuring SOX and US GAAP compliance.

You will contribute to process design improvements and work with regional/global teams to deliver robust controls and accurate financial outputs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related.
• 2–3 years’ experience in STS processes, preferably in an MNC/SSC environment.
• Fluent in English with Portuguese/Spanish a distinct advantage when supporting BPO and STS stakeholders.
• Experience with internal or external audit is valued.
• Ability to maintain financial control and comply with US GAAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver services in accordance with agreed SLAs, controls and governance.
• Adhere to policies and internal controls; ensure SOX compliance.
• Support process improvements and project management discipline.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for compliant results.
• Support training, accuracy, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• Maintain internal control documentation like SOPs and regional work instructions.
• Provide consultative support to outsource partners and timely issue resolution.
• Resolve escalated queries in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues across Concur, Athena and STS systems.
