Qualificações

• Passionate about viticulture and the art of pairing, with a keen interest in wines that complement Asian flavors.
• Experienced in high-end or fusion restaurants, demonstrating a sophisticated palate and service acumen.
• Creative, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, able to tell the story behind each bottle.
• Fluent in English for engaging with our international clientele.
