Qualificações

• Extensive experience as a sommelier in premium or fine-dining hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.

Anticipate pairing needs before they’re spoken, enhancing each guest's culinary journey.

Represent the JNcQUOI brand with class, charisma, and cool, embodying our commitment to excellence.

You Bring

Extensive experience as a Sommelier in premium or fine-dining hospitality, with relevant certifications (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers).

Exceptional communication skills (English required; other languages a plus), allowing you to share your knowledge engagingly.

A sharp uniform and even sharper attention to detail, from decanting to presentation.

The ability to make every guest feel like the only guest, through personalized recommendations and attentive service.
