Jobtailor is seeking a senior frontend engineer to design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions aligned with company standards. You will build AI-powered frontend experiences across Contact Center and Unified Communications products using Angular or React.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, optimize performance, and participate in Agile ceremonies to influence frontend architecture and best practices. This role emphasizes accessible, reusable components and mentoring engineers.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong skills in modern APIs and distributed services.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Solid experience in Angular or React; frontend architecture understanding.

Design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions aligned with company standards.
Build and evolve AI-powered frontend experiences across Contact Center and Unified Communications products.
Implement frontend capabilities for AI Agents, Agent Assist, Supervisor Assist, AI Builder, and related AI applications.
Develop modern, responsive, reusable web interfaces using Angular or similar frameworks, integrating with backend AI services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible user experiences.
Contribute to frontend architecture and subsystem-level technical design decisions.
Optimise performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
Write clean, maintainable, testable code following engineering standards.
Participate in code reviews and debugging of existing frontend applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of backend software development experience
Strong skills in modern APIs and distributed services
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Solid experience in Angular or React
Understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and performance optimisation
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with state management libraries and modern frontend build tools
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and quality assurance best practices
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and usability best practices
Experience building complex product experiences
Ability to contribute to technical design discussions and provide functional specifications for smaller subsystems
Experience working effectively in an Agile, fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience with AI-powered products, assistants, virtual agents, or builder-style applications
Bonus: familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable frontend platforms
Bonus: experience with Azure or AWS
Bonus: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, and modern frontend delivery practices
