Jobtailor is seeking a senior frontend engineer to design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions aligned with company standards. You will build AI-powered frontend experiences across Contact Center and Unified Communications products using Angular or React.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, optimize performance, and participate in Agile ceremonies to influence frontend architecture and best practices. This role emphasizes accessible, reusable components and mentoring engineers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong skills in modern APIs and distributed services.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid experience in Angular or React; frontend architecture understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions aligned with company standards.
• Build and evolve AI-powered frontend experiences across Contact Center and Unified Communications products.
• Implement frontend capabilities for AI Agents, Agent Assist, Supervisor Assist, AI Builder, and related AI applications.
• Develop modern, responsive, reusable web interfaces using Angular or similar frameworks, integrating with backend AI services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, accessible user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and subsystem-level technical design decisions.
• Optimise performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code following engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and debugging of existing frontend applications.
