Requisitos: 4-5 anos na área, inglês fluente, experiência com Talkwalker/Brandwatch/Sprinklr.

Qualifications

• 4-5 anos em Social Intelligence, Social Listening ou Digital Analytics.
• Experiência com Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr ou plataformas similares.
• Experiência na refined de metodologias e marcos analíticos.
• Fortes habilidades de comunicação com stakeholders.
• Experiência em projetos analíticos globais com workflows baseados em IA.
• Pensamento estruturado e foco em qualidade.
• Colaborativo e com foco de mentoria.

Position Summary

Senior Social Intelligence Specialist leads complex analytical programs and ensure consistency, quality, and methodological rigor across multiple projects and stakeholders.

A day in the role

• Support the development and refinement of monitoring methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Enhance search strategies, taxonomies and data structures for complex use cases
• Combine multiple data sources into structured analytical outputs
• Improve dashboard and reporting methodologies
• Validate analytical quality and consistency across projects
• Investigate complex trends, patterns and emerging topics
• Leverage AI-assisted capabilities to improve analytical workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical approaches
• Contribute to continuous improvement and capability development across the team
• Coach analysts and support knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities

Methodology & Solution Development

• Support the development of analytical methodologies and monitoring approaches
• Contribute to refinement of taxonomies, search strategies and analytical frameworks
• Support improvements to scalability and consistency of monitoring solutionsContribute to standardization initiatives across assigned projects

Advanced Analysis & Quality

• Conduct complex multi-source analyses
• Validate analytical methodologies and outputs
• Investigate complex trends and emerging patterns
• Ensure quality and consistency across analytical deliverables

Stakeholder & Capability Support

• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches
• Support discussions on analytical feasibility and methodology
• Contribute to documentation and best practices
• Mentor analysts and support capability development

What will make you successful

• 4-5 years in Social Intelligence, Social Listening, Digital Analytics or related field
• Strong experience with Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr or similar platformsExperience working with multiple digital data sources
• Experience applying and contributing to refinement of monitoring methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience supporting complex global analytical projectsExperience working with AI-assisted analytical workflows
• Structured and systems-oriented thinker
