A Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) procura um People Analytics Specialist para entregar análises de RH de alta qualidade na região, aplicando metodologias padronizadas e alinhamento com padrões globais.

O profissional produzirá análises, insights e reporting para apoiar decisões de RH e negócio, assegurando governança, qualidade de dados e melhorias contínuas dos processos de People Analytics.

Qualificações

• Experiência em People Analytics, HR Analytics ou Data Analytics.
• Capacidade de traduzir dados em insights acionáveis para stakeholders não técnicos.
• História de liderança de projetos com equipas distribuídas geograficamente.
• Forte aptidão analítica e compreensão de métodos estatísticos.
• Conhecimento de domínios de dados de HR, como workforce, talento e engajamento.

Responsabilidades

• Gerar relatórios, análises e dashboards de People Analytics precisos e tempestivos segundo padrões globais.
• Traduzir dados em visualizações claras para apoiar decisões de RH e negócio.
• Analisar métricas-chave de pessoas (headcount, turnover, talento, engajamento) e identificar tendências e riscos.
• Colaborar com stakeholders de RH para compreender necessidades de reporting e oferecer soluções analíticas.
• Aplicar padrões de dados e validação para assegurar qualidade e integridade dos dados.
• Desenvolver e manter relatórios periódicos e ad hoc para stakeholders regionais e de mercado.
• Alinhar-se com equipes globais/regionais quanto a governança de reporting e métricas definidas.
• Contribuir para melhoria contínua de processos, ferramentas e soluções de reporting.

Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Solutions team, we are currently looking for a People Analytics Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality People Analytics across the region by applying established analytical methodologies and standardized approaches. The role will produce accurate analyses, insights, and reporting to support HR and business decision-making, while ensuring alignment with global standards, frameworks, and governance.

A day in the life of...

• Deliver accurate and timely People Analytics reports, analyses, and dashboards, applying established global and regional methodologies, templates, and standards.
• Translate data into clear, fact-based insights and visualizations to support HR and business decision-making.
• Analyze key people metrics, including headcount, turnover, talent, and engagement, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by applying data standards and performing validation checks.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support regional and market stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with reporting governance, methodologies, and agreed metrics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Analytics processes, tools, and reporting solutions.

What will make you successful

• Master's degree or equivalent education.
• Experience across different areas of HR, such as Talent, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or Centers of Scale.
• Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of statistical approaches and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of HR data domains, including workforce, talent, engagement, and DE&I.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Curious, learning-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
