Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advising, supporting and coaching management on all HR topics.
• Coordinate with Payroll to provide employment data and letters.
• Implement new HR tools/systems/processes aligned with global HR strategy.
• Involve in recruiting, including offers and contract negotiations.
• Support project management and HR topics like onboarding, benefits, retention and training.
• Improve HR processes and practices at country level.
• Support audits with Quality and Finance.
