Job summary

Bruker in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Project Manager HR Digital Transformation (m/f/d) to lead global HR technology initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, HRIT, IT, and Finance to deliver standardized processes and scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities include planning, managing budgets, driving data governance, and enabling adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM across the enterprise. Fluency in English and international experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR digital transformation projects from planning to stabilization.
• Coordinate HR technology implementations like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
• Drive governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.
