Responsibilities

• Capture successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities.
• Schedule Hiring Manager interviews with candidates.
• Track candidate progress against onboarding checklist and escalate outstanding actions.
• Respond to adverse onboarding elements through escalation process.
• Educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays.
• Arrange keep in touch calls with candidates to update on onboarding progress.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams for onboarding elements.
• Raise requests for facilities or systems access.
• Book candidates into orientation / day 1 activities.
• Share new joiner packs or information.
• Manage contractor and temp-to-perm conversions.
