Forvia is seeking an HR Manager for the Global Business Services Center in Porto. You will lead people strategy, partner with leadership, and drive talent acquisition, development, engagement, and governance in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will translate business needs into HR solutions, oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance and compensation, HR operations, and ensure compliant processes while fostering a customer‑oriented culture and ongoing improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Solid HR experience in international and fast-paced environments.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational transformation.
• Experience working across multicultural teams.
