Key Responsibilities:

• Own ServiceNow architecture, integrations, data model, and technical governance.
• Build and maintain workflows/modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, automation jobs) with version‑controlled releases.
• Implement policy‑as‑code (linting, guardrails, ACLs, SDLC) and ensure compliance and audit evidence.
• Operate integration patterns (REST, MID, event/webhook, discovery) ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Lead offshore developers: manage backlog, code reviews, quality gates, and delivery SLAs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience owning ServiceNow platform (architecture, integrations, data model) in a global setup.
• Hands‑on development in ServiceNow (Flow Designer, scripting, UI policies) with coding standards.
• Strong knowledge of policy‑as‑code, compliance controls, ACLs, encryption, and audit.
